3. Conduct Your Due Diligence
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be provided our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). Thoroughly review this document, which contains highly pertinent information regarding our company’s background, our franchise business program, and preview copies of any documents you may sign when becoming a franchisee.

4. Schedule a Field Interview
Our regional Development Representative for your region will schedule a face to face meeting to answer any questions you may have and to ensure that becoming a Charley's Grilled Subs® Franchise Owner will be a beneficial arrangement for all of us.

5. Participate in a Mutual Evaluation Session*
Once your application has been approved and our Development Representative is comfortable that you are a suitable candidate, your next step will be to visit our corporate office in Columbus, OH. At that time you will meet with members of our corporate support team, tour area locations and interview with Charley's executive committee.

6. Attend a Franchise Orientation Program*
Upon final approval by our executive committee the next step in the Development Process will have you attending a full day of Orientation meetings with each department head to learn their department's role in the Franchise support system and to begin planning and scheduling the opening of your new Charley's Grilled Subs® Restaurant. The culmination of this program will be the signing of the Franchise Agreement and paying the Franchise Fee.

*Steps 5 & 6 may occur on consecutive days provided that at the end of the Evaluation session BOTH parties (you and Gosh Enterprises, Inc.'s executive committee) agree to continue. Prior to Scheduling your "Evaluation" program: 1). You will need to supply us with a COMPLETE financial statement including any and all supporting documents such as bank and/or brokerage statements. 2). You will need to complete an on-line or printed version of our "FranchiZe Profile".
