General Manager, Restaurant Operations

Summary of Position:
Manages daily operations of restaurant including customer service and development of staff.
Essential Duties:
Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties
Oversees profit and loss of unit
Ensures that guests experience excellent customer service
Coordinates sales promotion activities
Ensures weekly inventory and week end paperwork are completed accurately and on-time
Experience Required:
Applicants should have prior restaurant experience and must be proven leaders who have demonstrated an ability to provide exceptional customer service, build sales, control costs, as well as hire and train customer driven associates. Candidates must also have a proven track record of outstanding LSM and Community Involvement.
