Summary of Position:
Consults with and provides support services to franchise stores on the West Coast.
Essential Duties:
Exhibit strong leadership skills and ability to use interpersonal styles and methods in guiding Franchisee's to accomplish our standards
Evaluate stores and provide a report three times per year
Demonstrate effective written and oral communication to provide appropriate feedback to the operator
Establish goals and demonstrate measurable performance towards goal accomplishment
Responsible for achieving sales targets for the stores in their area
Experience Required:
Experience in multi-unit restaurant management, good organization skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, ability to travel within the United States and internationally, fluency in Korean or Spanish a plus.
