Summary of Position:
This is an entry-level position that provides basic support to the Accounting Department.
Essential Duties:
Invoice coding and entry.
Assist Accounts Payable with weekly check runs.
Resolve any vendor payment issues.
Enforce company payment policies.
Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
Experience Required:
Basic background in accounting, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; Peachtree or other accounting software a plus.
